By accessing or using TechSkillSchool Labs (the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Platform. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. Subscription Tiers

The Platform offers the following subscription tiers (plain text labels — actual pricing and features are defined separately):

• Free — Limited access to labs and features at no cost.
• Starter — Expanded lab access and additional features for a monthly or yearly fee.
• Pro — Full access to all labs, priority support, and advanced features.

Subscription details, pricing, and feature lists are displayed on the pricing page and may change at any time.

4. Lab Environments and Acceptable Use

Lab environments are provided for educational and training purposes only. You may not:

• Use lab environments for any illegal activity.
• Attempt to access or compromise systems outside the provided lab scope.
• Share lab credentials with third parties.
• Use lab resources for commercial purposes beyond your subscription tier.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract underlying infrastructure.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, logos, course materials, lab instructions, and software on the Platform are the property of TechSkillSchool Labs or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Platform for personal learning.

6. User Content

Any content you submit (reviews, feedback, lab solutions) remains yours, but you grant TechSkillSchool Labs a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute such content in connection with operating the Platform.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TechSkillSchool Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Platform.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting support. Termination does not entitle you to a refund unless required by applicable law.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
